These terms describe what the platform provides, what we expect from learners, and where responsibility sits. They apply from the moment you open a module, submit an exercise, or send us an enrollment question.
Kavre Tech provides structured learning modules covering programming fundamentals, application development, software concepts, and practical digital skills. Modules are delivered as written lessons, guided exercises, and project briefs. We describe the level and prerequisites of each module before you start it. We do not promise employment, certification recognition, or any specific outcome from completing a module; what you take away depends on the time you put in and the work you submit.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you give us and for keeping access to your account secure. Exercise submissions, forum posts, and messages must stay within the scope of the course. Sharing another learner's account, redistributing paid module material, or uploading code you did not write without saying so is not permitted. We may suspend access if an account is used to disrupt other learners or to interfere with the platform.
Lesson text, exercise sets, diagrams, and project specifications remain the property of Kavre Tech and are licensed to you for personal study. You may keep the code you write yourself and use it in your own portfolio. You may not republish module content, resell it, or use it to build a competing course. If you want to reference our material in teaching or internal training, contact us first and we will confirm what is allowed.
We keep the platform running and correct errors in the material when they are reported, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Modules may be revised, reordered, or retired as the underlying technologies change. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses such as missed opportunities or lost work arising from downtime, from a module being updated, or from decisions you make based on course content. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
You can stop using the platform at any time and ask us to close your account. We may end or suspend access if these terms are breached, if payment obligations are not met, or if continued access would put other learners or the platform at risk. When access ends, your right to use the module material ends with it, though any code you wrote yourself remains yours.
We update these terms when the service changes, for example when a new module format or payment option is introduced. The current version is always the one published on this page, with the revision date shown. If a change materially affects your rights, we will notify you by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the platform after that point means you accept the updated terms.
